Experience has shown that many people who receive citizens' benefit would like to work, but that they often have completely different problems that make it considerably more difficult to find a place on the job market.
In the confidential discussions with the case manager there is enough time to listen to you, examine your situation and work out small steps together to solve the problems. Various paths and options for action can be discussed and contacts with other advice centers can be established. Of course, this requires that you yourself want to change your situation and offer your active cooperation to this end.
Basically, what you can do yourself will be done by you. If your own efforts are not sufficient or are in danger of failing, support will be organized together with you.
Our case managers are specially trained professionals according to the standards and guidelines of the German Society for Care and Case Management (DGCC). You have very good contacts with various advice centers in Sigmaringen.
Are you interested in taking part? Then speak to your employment agent. If it turns out during the consultation that working with case management makes sense for you, your contact person can make contact and you will receive an invitation.
Basically, you will receive this support if you are willing to actively change your life circumstances. Therefore, collaboration with case management can last as long as you collaborate on the common and established goals. However, the support is limited to a maximum of two years.
